This is the day to take your “before” pictures. Remember these are just for you so take plenty from all angles. Have a partner or trusted friend help. You’ll love having these to compare when your health journey is complete. Do it now and don’t put it off. You’ll be so glad you did. Save the clothing you wear in your pictures so you can wear the same ones in your after pictures. Remember these aren’t for anyone but you so be brave and take lots of them. Be sure to take some up close of your face to see the changes in your skin, too.
Another suggestion is to have your trusted person help you take some measurements. Many times as we walk this road to good health the scale doesn’t tell the right story where measurements will tell the truth. Neck, chest, upper arms, mid section, hips, thighs, and calves are good measurements to have.
