Sunday Day 7-One Week Checkpoint!

ONE WEEK CHECKPOINT!

Check-in, don’t check out!

HOW ARE YOU FEELING?
It’s day 7 of following your new habits and healthy living routines. Are you starting to feel more energy? Feeling “hangry” at all? How’s your sleep? Craving anything?
It’s just the beginning of your journey, so whether you’re feeling extra challenged or have yet to see any changes, it’s totally normal! Remember to always listen to your body. If something doesn’t feel right, let us know so we can help. You have a team behind you cheering for your success!
Remember to stay off that scale! Numbers on a scale lie and many times as you are getting healthier the numbers may stay the same or may even go up. That’s because as you get healthier your bones get stronger (adding weight), your muscles get stronger (muscle weighs more than fat), and you are staying more hydrated. As you lose visceral fat the numbers may not show because of the other healthy things you are gaining. That is one reason measurements are so important.
Some questions to ask yourself:
  • Am I getting better quality sleep?
  • Am I waking up feeling more refreshed?
  • How do my joints feel?
  • How are my daytime energy levels?
  • How is my mood?
Comment in the comments of the Facebook post and let us know how you are feeling. Remember to tag your consultant.
TIP! There are several great nutrition films that will probably make some of you feel a lot better about what we’re doing. This may be what pushes you to continue the changes even after the 30 days. Remember it’s about training ourselves to make better choices. In time and with knowledge, you can shift your mindset from “I can’t have that!” to “I don’t want that!”
