Wednesday Day 3-Hungry?? Drink Up!

DRINK UP!

Sometimes hunger can be more of a craving for water. Most people don’t realize they aren’t getting enough each day. It’s important to sip on water throughout the day to stay hydrated, but that doesn’t mean you have to drink it plain water 100% of the time! You are allowed to have one to three Fizz Sticks a day and the rest pure, clean water.

Here are some tips on getting and staying hydrated:

Your body weight divided in half is approximately the number of ounces a person should drink daily. Track your intake for about a week to see if you typically drink enough.
Add the juice of a lemon or lime, a sprig of mint, or a packet of your Fizz, tea, or even water or nut milk in your protein shake. All of those count.

The first two weeks you might be running to the bathroom more often. If you are not used to drinking enough your bladder will need some time to catch up.
