Did you know that without protein, our bodies wouldn’t function properly? No wonder health and fitness experts stress the importance of protein so much! WHERE you get your protein can be just as important as making sure you have enough.
Arbonne uses pea protein in all their products because it’s one of the best vegan, soy-free, and dairy-free protein sources available. The key to making a healthy shake is using the right amount of protein, fats, low-glycemic carbs, and fiber to keep you feeling full until your next shake.

You can also add a scoop of BeWell Superfood Greens (Green’s Balance) and a packet of GutHealth Digestion & Microbiome Support (Digestion Plus) to your protein shake!

Comment below and share your first shake recipe!

Please note, peas are legumes. People with allergies to legumes such as peanuts should be cautious when introducing pea protein into their diet because of the possibility of a pea allergy. Please consult with your doctor if you’re unsure whether pea protein is right for you.

To turn your protein shake into a full meal replacement add 1/3 cup veggies or one scoop of Green’s Balance plus 1/4 cup low-glycemic fruits plus a healthy fat such as a tablespoon of almond butter or 1/2 avocado.

⭐️TIP: Check out the Shake Recipes tab on this website.
⭐️TIP: You can add the Gut Health Prebiotic Fiber (Daily Fiber Boost) to your protein shake — just don’t go crazy and add a ton to your shake!! Since fiber isn’t easily digested by your body, taking too much at one time can cause an “unhappy” tummy. We recommend starting with 1/4 to 1/2 of a SCOOP and building slowly. Also when adding fiber be sure you are taking in enough liquid as fiber needs liquid to work properly. Our goal is to find that place where we are gently adjusting to avoid constipation, gassiness, or bloating. If you find you are experiencing this, consult with your consultant about adding a second digestion plus, and more water, to your daily intake.
Share your first protein shake with us on today’s Facebook post! And hey, if you want to add a picture, that’d be fun to see too. If you want to share with more people, post it to your main Facebook page and tag your consultant. ☺️
