10-Day HIGHLIGHTS Prep Day Seven

First a highlight on our pea protein powder. It’s what you will be using to replace one to two meals per day during the 10-day challenge. Here’s just one reason to LOVE our protein. Our protein is so versatile too. Make a hot chocolate with a dash of cinnamon. We have lots of great recipes in the protein recipe section so you can try different combinations every time! One of our favorites is  the vanilla shake mix with coconut milk and dashes of cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg. Put in your blender with crushed ice. Delicious!

You can also make delicious protein balls and bark (otherwise known as Arbonne crack). A super delicious snack for when those cravings hit you out of nowhere. Or like the top of the page, chocolate pudding with fresh strawberries. YUM!

3) Pick up a blender & shaker cup if you don’t already have one. Some people buy an extra inexpensive blender and keep it at work.

10 Day Detox Recipes

Just a little advice & thoughts about the exciting topic of constipation and/or gas.

1. If you’re not going as often as you’re used to, you actually might not be constipated. You are eating foods that absorb more and produce less waste so you might have a “new normal”.
2. If you feel you are constipated, one recommendation is to use 2 of the digestion plus packages. One in the morning and one in the late afternoon or evening until you feel regular again.
3. Drink plenty of water. Take your body weight, divide in half, and that is the number if ounces of water you need to drink everyday. Fiber needs liquid to help it pass through your system and grab the toxins and waste along the way.
4. Also drinking warm water with lemon often helps.
