Welcome to day three of our ten day challenge! Today your body might be starting to feel the effects of detoxing!
The detoxing has begun! ALWAYS FUN on the day reality sets in! The fog, the dizziness and possibly headaches that makes you feel like your eyes are going to explode out of your head and maybe even an upset tummy! That’s the sugar and caffeine leaving your body. IT’S NORMAL! We’ve all been there and you’re not the only one feeling that way. Drink lots of water, use your fizz sticks (up to 3 a day) and go to bed early! Get this day behind you. Last time I detoxed I realized as I was reaching for my 4th fizz stick what was happening. It’s why I was grumpy and I put myself to bed and out of everyone’s way. Stay hydrated friends and if you have Arbonne’s detox tea make yourself a cup! The faster you can flush your system, the better. For everyone!
AND………………..
It’s almost time! I know, I know! You can hardly wait! TOMORROW, you will be adding your 7-day body cleanse to your daily routine. Please find a 32+ oz water bottle and beginning TOMORROW, mix ONE packet with 32 oz warm water (not hot water) and shake well. It dissolves better in warm water. If you don’t like the taste (think lemonade or crystal light) add a fizz stick or a detox tea and lots of ice! Drink your cleanse over a 4-6 hour period. Also, make sure you are taking in another 32 oz of liquid each day. You will need lots of water to properly flush everything out. And know this – the worse this TASTES to you, the more ACIDIC your body is. Your body’s pH is working its’ way towards neutral, so this will help. Do not be surprised if you experience some of those detox symptoms (fatigue, headache, nausea, dizziness, even some skin breakouts, etc). Remember, this is GOOD. This is your body purging itself of harmful toxins. HANG IN THERE! For most of us, day 4 and beyond is AMAZING!!! This cleanse has some ginger and aloe to soothe the stomach. L-glutamine which is one of the most important nutrients for the digestive system and magnesium to help you “go”.
