10-Day DAY ONE

Staying healthy through challenging eating times is why I decided to take this Flatter Belly Challenge! These tips may seem obvious. Sometimes I need to be reminded. I find that if I’m don’t plan ahead, I fall off the wagon!! How about you? What helps you stay on track?

PUMPKIN PIE Smoothie Recipe!
Two scoops vanilla protein
1 scoop fiber
1/3 c pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup ice
1 Tablespoon almond butter (crunchy or smooth)

1/2 c. almond or coconut milk

Bonus snack recipe if you are craving something sweet.
Sunflower or almond butter mixed with 1/4 scoop chocolate protein powder spread over brown rice cake base and topped with sliced organic strawberries 😋 *NOTE: the protein has to be mixed with water to a frosting consistency BEFORE mixing with the sunflower butter.
